One of our most popular products is Self-inking stamps, also known as self-inking rubber stamps or automatic stamps, are stamps that incorporate an integrated ink pad within the stamping mechanism.

Unlike our traditional rubber stamps that require a separate ink pad, self-inking stamps have an ink pad built into the stamp body itself. This design allows for easy and convenient stamping without the need for an external ink source.

Here’s how self-inking stamps work:

  • Design: Self-inking stamps consist of a stamping plate or die made of rubber or other similar materials. The stamp plate is customised with your desired text, image, or design. You can use our designer to do this.
  • Ink Pad: Inside the stamp body, there is an ink pad that is soaked with ink. This pad supplies the ink for each impression made by the stamp.
  • Mechanism: When you press down on the stamp, the stamp plate moves down and contacts the ink pad. This action automatically applies ink to the stamp plate.
  • Stamping: As you release the stamp, the stamp plate moves back into its original position, and the inked plate is pressed onto the surface you are stamping. The result is a clear and consistent impression.
  • Re-inking: After each impression, the stamp plate returns to the resting position, and the ink pad is re-inked for the next stamping action. The process is automatic and eliminates the need to manually re-ink the stamp between uses.

Self-inking stamps are commonly used for a variety of applications, including office paperwork, addressing envelopes, stamping documents, marking dates, and more. Cafes, bars and restaurants use them wisely for loyalty products
They are known for their ease of use, durability, and convenience, as they eliminate the need for separate ink pads and can be used repeatedly without re-inking after each impression.
