What do you need help with today?

Standard Delivery Open/Close

Our standard delivery service is second class packet or letter post using the Royal Mail 48 service which aims to deliver your items within 3-5 working days.

Next Day delivery is provided by our nominated carrier UPS at a cost of £8.95 per order (incl. VAT), excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands.

A tracking number will be provided by the carrier and a signature on receipt will be required for all shipments sent Next Day delivery.

For Next Day delivery orders must be received prior to 12pm but exclude the following products: clay and soap stamps, embossing seal presses, pre-inked stamps, name badges, signs, nameplates, please note next day delivery can be provided but only after manufacture has been completed. Saturday deliveries or guaranteed AM deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge, so please contact us on tel. no. +44 1246 913928: (during normal office hours) prior to placing your order (product exclusions as above apply).

Delivery costs will be added to the value of the products in the basket and will be visible in your shopping basket. When you add an item to the list, the delivery costs automatically change depending on the value and you will see the total value of your order before finalizing it. Please note we currently do not ship to Republic of Ireland or the EU.

If we receive your confirmed order before 12pm your custom made stamp(s) will be manufactured and shipped the same working day (this service only applies to all Trodat, Colop self-inking and rubber stamps, this excludes any art, craft, clay and soap stamps, embossing seal presses and pre-inked stamps – please note these products do need a few days to be scheduled for manufacture – Next Day/Carrier (tracked) delivery can be provided after manufacture and picking has been completed). Delivery of your order will be dependent on the service selected, generally 24 to 48 hours after despatch. We cannot guarantee any deliveries will be made on a Saturday or Sunday.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be treated as if received on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

UK Mail is our partner for fast and secure delivery. (requires signature). With UK Mail, the normal delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the date of shipment (although we reserve the right to vary our choice of delivery service provider). With UK Mail we will send you the tracking number by e-mail and you can track the package on their website up to the point of delivery.

Our standard delivery service provider is Royal Mail Packet post 24 or 48 hour.

There are no minimum orders, you can order 1 custom made stamp or 1,000’s of custom made stamps, please note; bulk orders we will apply a special discount for you, for a special quote please contact us via email james@stampco.co.uk or telephone us on +44 1246 913928 – We specialise in producing one-off stamps, to order, to your very own design. Just click the ‘design button’ and go to our stamp custom stamp design wizard to design your very own custom stamp.

If you are ordering in large quantities (more than 10 of the same personalised stamp design), please contact us by email at james@stampco.co.uk or telephone us on +44 1246 913928 so we can prepare a personalised proof and quote for you. We are also specialists in producing large volumes of personalised stamps, all with different designs or all the same.

You can send us the following file formats: pdf, eps, jpg, tif (600 dpi min.) .

Yes simply order a new stamp with your new home or business address. In certain circumstances we could supply a new text plate only however we recommend ordering a new stamp.

If you have this type of file available, please send them by email to james@stampco.co.uk and we will send you a proof and quotation by return email. Alternatively if the image you have does not require any resizing simply upload it in our custom stamp design wizard.

If you have ordered your stamp online using our custom design wizard we will supply you with a visual of the text exactly as you have entered it, however if you have noticed a mistake do not hesitate to write us a short email with your order number and the reason for your claim to james@stampco.co.uk and we will identify the source of the error and amend this for you, please note (we reserve the right to charge for a new stamp in the event of errors not of our making).

If it is a stock product, you can return it within 14 days. The right to cancel does not apply to the following  contracts: supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly custom made personalised products.

You can choose your payment method on the web site upon check out we accept: (Debit Cards, Credit Cards, PayPal or direct bank transfers.)
